Starting his musical journey sophomore year of highschool with his friends with a group called Young Soldierz he helped put CT on notice that there was some amazing sounds coming from his hometown. As his ear got better and his sound expanded he set out to do music solo to sharpen his craft and to develop his own sound he likes to call it his #NewTrapSwing which derives from a mixture of production and genres mainly from the legendary Teddy Riley & R-Kelly mixed with Kanye’s futuristic audio output mixed with trap drums, melodic harmonies, and a hip hop vibrato. Musical influences coming from Maxell, Tyrese, Dmx, Jay-Z, Usher and Jodeci. Terry has been in New York for about 5yrs working meeting up and working with up and coming artist and comedians such as: Mr. Commodore & Danny Duces. Networking and crafting his sound with Grammy nominated producer Andrew “Broadway” Williams of the production group YoBo currently signed to BMG a publision house associated with Sony Records. He has helped Terry push to the limits of his talent to bring out the best of his songwriting and vocals not only as his engineer, producer but also as a musical mentor a kin to a snoop and dre dynamic, who’s credits go as far as Kat Dahlia, (MTV Making The Band) Donnie Klang, NYC native Liana Banks and the group The ChainSmokers. He (Broadway) also a CT native will be working with fellow CT artist Anoyd who has torn down freestyles on Sway In The Morning and Funk Flex Freestyles.

While Terry is an artist he also took a break from music working as a production assistant to Jack Thriller of ThisIs50.com on his stand alone show “Party and Bullshit Show ” for a short stint Where he got the attention of then show producer Nicky Jaaamz of Jaaamz Marketing & Production, whom started a new show called “City Lights Live NYC” where she put him on to be the shows first performing spotlight artist to kick off the comedy series. The same show is hosted by Comedian Azia Star whom Terry is also working on a project and writing for this summer. Going back to his roots Terry is gearing up to drop music at least once a month for the entire summer and fall as well as new videos, to grow his fan base. First show of the summer being in his home town New Haven will be a unplugged live band experience performing old and new material such as his local underground hit “Party Wit Bae” produced by Platinum producer Rashad Johnson of “The Breed” who currently scored platinum plaques on Chris Brown “Heartbreak on a Full Moon” album. Terry’s mission is to help the new emerging CT artist put a foot in the music game while putting the industry on notice that there is a new pen and voice in the game to lookout for. i95 will never be the same nor will the world of music.
