Suge Knight's Fiancee Indicted For Selling Hit-And-Run Video To TMZ
Marion "Suge" Knight is facing his own legal issues for the 2015 hit-and-run death of Terry Carter. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Knight's fiancee Toilin Kelly has been indicted in connection to the case as well.
Kelly and Knight's business partner Mark Blankenship were indicted for conspiracy to violate a court order, conspiracy to obstruct justice and conspiracy to commit grand theft. The charges stem from the two Knight associates allegedly selling a sealed video of the incident to TMZ for $55,000.
The entertainment website released a graphic video of Knight's vehicle striking Carter in March 2015. Cle “Bone” Sloan was also injured at the scene.
Kelly pleaded not guilty while Blankenship has yet to be arraigned. They both face up to three years in state prison.
